We do not store any data that could identify you, such as names or email addresses.

Because we do not have your email address, a forgotten password cannot be reset. You would not be able to do any further tests within your account, so you would not be able to refine the test results further, and retrieving the results would no longer be possible.

Please save your login data (user and password) in several places (cell phone, computer, notebook ...)!
